So I think this is part of an interested character design line you seem to have with different seasons being characters. I think this does a good job of displaying the fun and bright nature of the spring season.
There are a few issues with anatomy I have found in this piece. The first one is the spine. I have seen even professional comic artist make this mistake so don't feel too bad. But for a woman to turn her torso in such a way as to display both breast this much and her butt, she would need either be to be a contortionist, in extreme pain, or most likely has broken/severed her spine. The turning part of spine just isn't long enough to properly give this range of motion. I recommend choosing one or the other to focus on and show the beginning of the second if you want both of those in a picture. It will help it feel more natural.
The other anatomy issued I have seen is the lips. I can't tell if the woman has her tongue out, in which case she is missing her bottom lip in the corners of her mouth, or that is her bottom lip and it is unnaturally large in the middle section. Adding in the bottom lip for the first option and lessening the fatty part in the second I think would really keep this from distracting from the rest of the piece.
I do think the coloring is very well done. The more muted pallet does well with the splashes of brighter colors to give it a calm but energetic feeling that's easy for the eyes to handle. The orange tattoos do a good job of drawing the eye to the main focal point. Please keep up the good work.
